One of the biggest problems in the production of frit for the ceramic tile industry is the difficulty to produce very different quality formulas in the same kiln.
The kilns in the F40/RI, F60/RI series are inclinable (from -3° to +7°), and are designed to allow for a high frequency of production changes with a very limited loss of polluted frits.
The production data shown above refer to white zirconium or transparent frits, according to the formulation limits specified in our offers.
